Services
Karnibo Web Studio provides web design, development, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual project proposals or statements of work.
Payments
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before final files or launch access are delivered.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use generic techniques, frameworks, and reusable components developed during the engagement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Karnibo Web Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
